Free street parking. * Check-in time: 4PM * Check-out time: 11AM * Quiet hours between 10PM-8AM. * No undisclosed people at any time without permission. * No pets, parties, smoking or illegal substances allowed. Penalty is $400. * We allow a maximum of one (1) service animal. To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask guests to inform us if they are with a service animal. * Mails are not allowed to be delivered to this property. * No cameras inside the property. We have security cameras installed outdoors, either on the front porch and/or parking area. Cameras are all facing out and are actively running 24/7. * Damages or missing items and any additional cleaning may be charged to guests. * Take off or no walking around the unit with soiled or dirty footwear. * We have locked doors/closet and garage used to store our supplies. Thus, garage use or parking is not available. * Requests for early check-in and late check-out is based on availability. Fees may apply. * We do not offer complimentary cleaning. Message us to request for cleaning for a fee. - If you would like to extend your stay, please give us notice before 7 pm tonight so we can check our calendar and reschedule the cleaning for tomorrow. Any notice after 7pm will be charged an Admin fee of $30. San Antonio is a very historical land featuring infamous missions like the Alamo, and Mission Espada is the smallest and most remote of the San Antonio missions. For Families and friends can enjoy the Riverwalk, a network of stores and bars/restaurants that line the San Antonio River as it winds its way through the downtown area. The McNay Art Museum, The Arneson River Theatre, The San Antonio Zoo, The San Antonio Skyline, The Westin La Cantera, the San Fernando Cathedral, El Mercado / Market Square, and several other places to visit and see during your stay in San Antonio!

The unit is located on the second floor and requires use of stairs. This is also a 4-apartment complex with a parking lot that is shared with the other guests.

As for transportation, if you don’t want to drive yourself, I would recommend Lyft and Uber which are readily available. Rental cars are available and cheaper than many other cities as well.
