Maximum number of pets allowed is 2. This will be requested after the booking is confirmed and should be paid before the check-in. * No undisclosed people or pets at any time without permission. Penalty is $400 * Parties, smoking or illegal substances are not allowed. Penalty is $400. * Mails are not allowed to be delivered to this property. * Damages or missing items and any additional cleaning may be charged to guests. *Essentials for the first 2-3 days are provided.
