Free street parking. * For booking with pets. We charge a pet fee of $200/pet per stay. $100 ( non-refundable) and $100 will be returned upon check out if the place is left in good condition (Pet hair cleaned up, No damages, Pet poo cleaned, No stains, No odor). Maximum number of pets allowed is 2. This will be requested after the booking is confirmed and should be paid before the check-in. * No undisclosed people or pets at any time without permission. Penalty is $400 * Parties, smoking or illegal substances are not allowed. Penalty is $400. * Mails are not allowed to be delivered to this property. * Damages or missing items and any additional cleaning may be charged to guests. *Essentials for the first 2-3 days are provided. For longer stays, guests are responsible for additional supplies. *Some doors and closets are locked and marked for supply storage and are not accessible to guests. * Requests for early check-in and late check-out is based on availability. You'll have the whole apartment to yourself. Living room with a 55-inch Smart TV and WiFi to watch local channels or login to your own Hulu/Netflix account. Bedrooms with fresh and crisp linen and relaxing mattresses. Bathroom comes with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, set of fresh white towels and hand towels. Kitchen with all the basic cooking and dining set-up, plus a microwave, coffee maker and more. The unit is located on the first floor and for your personal use. Please note that this is a 4-apartment complex with a parking lot that is shared with other guests. Also, we have a supply closet in the backyard and we need to access it sometimes without asking the guest's permission.
