* This is a “Self Check-in” unit. * This unit is on the 1st floor of a 4-apartment complex. * 1 parking slot in paved area. Free parking at unpaved area at the back (first come first serve). * Check-in time: 4PM * Check-out time: 11AM * Quiet hours between 10PM-8AM. * No undisclosed people at any time without permission. * No pets, parties, smoking or illegal substances allowed. Penalty is $400. * We allow a maximum of one (1) service animal. To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask guests to inform us if they are with a service animal. * Mails are not allowed to be delivered to this property. * No cameras inside the property. We have security cameras installed outdoors, either on the front porch and/or parking area. Cameras are all facing out and are actively running 24/7. * Damages or missing items and any additional cleaning may be charged to guests. * Take off or no walking around the unit with soiled or dirty footwear. * We have locked doors/closet and garage used to store our supplies. Thus, garage use or parking is not available. * Requests for early check-in and late check-out is based on availability. Fees may apply. * We do not offer complimentary cleaning. Message us to request for cleaning for a fee. - If you would like to extend your stay, please give us notice before 7 pm tonight so we can check our calendar and reschedule the cleaning for tomorrow. Any notice after 7pm will be charged an Admin fee of $30. We charge this because our third-party cleaner will be charging us a trip fee for the late notice of the change in the cleaning schedule tomorrow. * Most important rule: Have a pleasant stay!
