* This is a “Self Check-in” unit. * This is a 2-story home and requires use of a staircase. * 2 cars can park on garage. Garage door has to be let up and down manually. Driveway parking also available. * Check-in time: 4PM * Check-out time: 10AM * No undisclosed people and pets at any time without permission. * We charge a pet fee of $25/pet per night capped at $400 (non-refundable) and a $300 deposit fee (refundable). Maximum number of pets allowed is 2. This will be requested after the booking is confirmed and should be paid before the check-in. * We allow a maximum of one (1) service animal. To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask guests to inform us if they are with a service animal. * No parties, smoking or illegal substances allowed. Penalty is $400. * Mails are not allowed to be delivered to this property. * No cameras inside the property. We have security cameras installed outdoors, either on the front porch and/or parking area. Cameras are all facing out and are actively running 24/7. * Damages or missing items and any additional cleaning may be charged to guests. * Take off or no walking around the unit with dirty shoes/footwear. * Please observe pet policies. * We have locked doors/closet to store our supplies. * Request for early check-in and late check-out is based on availability. Fees may apply. * We do not offer complimentary cleaning. Message us to request for cleaning for a fee. - If you would like to extend your stay, please give us notice before 7 pm tonight so we can check our calendar and reschedule the cleaning for tomorrow. Any notice after 7pm will be charged an Admin fee of $30. We charge this because our third-party cleaner will be charging us a trip fee for the late notice of the change in the cleaning schedule tomorrow. * Most important rule: Have a pleasant stay!
