Penalty is $400. * We do not host guests with service animals in this property as our listing includes a shared space/amenity and an assistance animal would create a health or safety hazard to guests with allergies and to pets of current tenants who are unable to share space with other animals. * Mails are not allowed to be delivered to this property. * No cameras inside the property. We have security cameras installed outdoors, either on the front porch, backyard and/or parking area. Cameras are all facing out and are actively running 24/7. * Damages or missing items and any additional cleaning may be charged to guests. * Take off or no walking around the unit with soiled or dirty footwear. * Requests for early check-in and late check-out is based on availability. Fees may apply. * We do not offer complimentary cleaning. Message us to request for cleaning for a fee. - If you would like to extend your stay, please give us notice before 7 pm tonight so we can check our calendar and reschedule the cleaning for tomorrow. This location was perfect for our get away. It was far enough to get to where we wanted yet a peaceful neighborhood away from all the noise. Loved how cosy the home was and how it looked.
