Penalty is $400. * We allow a maximum of one (1) service animal. To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask guests to inform us if they are with a service animal. * Mails are not allowed to be delivered to this property. * No cameras inside the property. We have security cameras installed outdoors, either on the front porch, backyard and/or parking area. Cameras are all facing out and are actively running 24/7. * Damages or missing items and any additional cleaning may be charged to guests. * Take off or no walking around the unit with soiled or dirty footwear. * We have locked doors/closet and garage used to store our supplies.
