* This is a “Self Check-in” unit. * This is a single level home. * 2 cars driveway parking (garage not available). Free street parking. * Check-in time: 4PM * Check-out time: 10AM * No undisclosed people at any time without permission. * No pets, parties, smoking or illegal substances allowed. Penalty is $400. * We allow a maximum of one (1) service animal. To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask guests to inform us if they are with a service animal. * Mails are not allowed to be delivered to this property. * No cameras inside the property. We have security cameras installed outdoors, either on the front porch and/or parking area. Cameras are all facing out and are actively running 24/7. * Damages or missing items and any additional cleaning may be charged to guests. * Take off or no walking around the unit with soiled or dirty footwear. * We have locked doors/closet and garage used to store our supplies. Thus, garage use or parking is not available. * Requests for early check-in and late check-out is based on availability. Fees may apply. * We do not offer complimentary cleaning. Message us to request for cleaning for a fee. - If you would like to extend your stay, please give us notice before 7 pm tonight so we can check our calendar and reschedule the cleaning for tomorrow. Any notice after 7pm will be charged an Admin fee of $30. We charge this because our third-party cleaner will be charging us a trip fee for the late notice of the change in the cleaning schedule tomorrow. *Most important rule: Have a pleasant stay!

You have the whole house to yourself. Living room has a Smart TV with WiFi to watch local channels or login to your own Hulu or Netflix account. Very spacious bedrooms with fresh and crisp linen and relaxing mattresses. Bathroom comes with shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers. Blow dryer and iron ready and set of fresh white towels and hand towels. Kitchen also has all the basic kitchen set-up, with a microwave and more.
